Greek advice
Back when I worked at Sound Warehouse, I would often get advice from the Greek guys who ran the beer store next door. The best advice they ever gave was simply 'go to work, if you don't work you spend your money, you chase women....it's better to go to work'
This was the best advice ever. It was basically the Greek beer store version of 'the devil will find work for idle hands' but because it had money and women it caught my attention more fully.
So on Monday when I worked over 11 hours and today when I worked nearly 12, I take heart in the knowledge that I didn't have time to spend or chase.
Forgive me blogging community, I know it's not much.

I remember those guys. They were sorta creepy.
I was a regular customer of the greek guys in 1985 during the four months I was legally allowed to drink while 19 years old. It was the closest liquor store to Richardson. Unfortunately, they never dispensed any advice to me. However, I got it second hand from Rob and lived by it.
